Developed specifically for winter hiking in the Northeast and Rocky Mountain regions, the Talon™ is designed to be easy to use, lightweight, and compact - fitting neatly inside most daypacks or in an outer pocket for quick access.

Made in America from lightweight carbon fiber composite with a hardened steel tip, the Talon™ weighs only 200g (7oz/0.44lb) and measures at an overall length of just under 25 cm (9.5 in), making it significantly smaller and lighter than traditional ice tools while maintaining excellent strength and durability. The Talon™ also features unique side stabilizers, allowing you to exert more forward pressure without losing your balance.
