Warranty & Return Policy

Returns:

Products may be returned unused and in original condition within 14 days of the delivery date as indicated by USPS tracking. Items that show signs of use, wear, modification, or damage are not eligible for return.

All approved returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not liable for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Insurance is recommended as refunds cannot be issued for items we do not receive in unused condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 30 days for processing from the time we receive your package.

Warranty Claims:

We provide a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only.

This warranty applies solely to defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use. Determination of what qualifies as a manufacturing defect is made at our sole discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Rust or corrosion

  • Damage from improper use, misuse, modification, or accidents

  • Damage from improper storage or environmental exposure

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must send an email with proof of purchase and clear photos or videos of the defect to Info@MAXEOutdoors.com. Items will need to be returned at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

If a warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Our liability is limited solely to repair or replacement of the item.
